FSG Build is a division of FSG Property Services and was established to pioneer the development of luxury residential projects to the highest standards for quality design, manufacture and installation.

Our processes, procedures have been specifically developed to meet the specific requirements of the social housing sector and are all accredited to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.

One of our key differentiators is our direct delivery model which provides full control over the quality of our work, customer care and availability of staff. The vast majority of work is delivered in-house via our directly employed team of highly trained and multi-skilled tradespeople including carpenters, joiners, bathroom fitters, kitchen fitters, plumbers, electricians, gas engineers, general builders, gas engineers, roofers, scaffolders, floorers, plasterers, tillers and decorators. 70% of our staff are multi-skilled with NVQ Level 2 in Construction Maintenance Operations which provides a flexible and efficient workforce. All staff from operatives on site to our Managing Director wear smart, branded uniforms and carry ID so they are easily identified by residents.

All work is managed through our specialist IT system Oneserve, which is linked in real-time to our supervisorsí and operativesí tablets and PDAs with information recorded automatically in real-time from survey through to handover. Work is issued directly to operatives via their smartphone or PDA and as activities are completed, the system is updated directly from site so progress can be viewed in real-time. A property portfolio is created for each project, including survey details, all certificates (including LGSR, electrical, water, asbestos, etc.) before and after photos, variations with supporting evidence, sign-off sheets, etc.
